My brother-in-law is having surgery on his shoulder in the morning. When I asked my niece which hospital, she said he was having it done on an out patient basis at a place called The Surgery Center. Damn, the Surgery Center sounds like a place you'd find in a strip mall between Blockbuster Video and Shirl's Beauty Academy.
