Two one item medium pizzas, an order of Howie Bread, and what is the xmas season without Howie Bread, and a two liter bottle of Coke, and in case I forgot to mention it, no tip. Oh yeah, the cost, it's $14.99 with coupon, and by the way, there is no tip.
